Please note, the average temperature in May is 85/71 (High/Low). While May is not the rainy season, you should always be prepared for rain and humidity in Mexico!

We recommend you pack the following:

-Passport

-Beachwear (bring swimwear, a beach cover-up, and a hat.)

-Water shoes (the beach at Secrets Bahia Mita is very rocky and water shoes are recommended) 

- Footwear (Pack flip-flops for the beach and comfortable walking/training shoes or sandals for exploring or the gym. Pack dress shoes for dinners and events)

-Casual Elegance attire for dinner (collared shirts for men and long pants with dress sandals or closed toes shoes. No flip flops.)

-Outfit for welcome dinner (resort cocktail) 

-Outfit for wedding (resort semi-formal)

-Athletic wear

-Sleepwear

-Toiletries (the resort provides shampoo, conditioner, and soap)

-Sleepwear and undergarments

-Daypack/ beach bag for beach essentials

-Eyewear (including sunglasses)

-insect repellent (remember, we are technically in the jungle!)

-Prescription medications (bring in original bottles just to be safe through customs) 

-Basic travel medication: ibuprofen, Tums/antacid tablets, Benadryl

-Allergy medication or inhalers and EpiPen if necessary

-Electrolyte tablets or oral rehydration sachets

-Sun protection

-Band-Aids, Neosporin

-Tech: Phone charger

-Haircare (again- remember humidity!)
